Summer Book Signings on Hillary Clinton's Agenda
For several years, the Clintons have spent a few August weeks on Long
Island. This year it will be Amagansett. Last year they mixed
business with vacation by holding a Clinton Foundation fundraiser on the island. This year, Hillary will sacrifice a few vacation days to sign copies of Hard Choices for vacationers in the Hamptons and Martha's Vineyard.
No one is going to argue that her book is not a beach read, but sand, surf, and sun lotion are not items I would want near my signed copy. In fact I would not leave my copy lying around on a beach blanket while I went in for a dip - not without a Secret Service detail. Would you?
