Bill and I were thrilled to cheer on the US Women’s National Team at the World Cup last month, and even more thrilled just a few weeks later to welcome our third grandchild into a world in which women rule -- at least on the field. Chelsea and I have also been hard at work on a new book that celebrates some of our favorite “gutsy” women; you’ll be able to read it this fall.Meanwhile, summer can be a difficult time for groups like our Onward Together partners to raise money. People go on vacation, the weather is hot, and attentions drift.
