Clinton (the OTHER one) to speak at the U.S.-Vietnam 15th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations Reception

Well, THIS is interesting! And, no, this is NOT turning into a Bill Clinton blog. However, after year one of watching Madame Secretary circle the globe and host events disguised as a nun, or at best as Mademoiselle Secretary, in year two it seems we are all growing up enough to see her attend events with her country squire, co-chair a conference with him, and even have a little meet-up with him in Bogota, Colombia. So here is his latest incursion into State Department events. Oddly, though, while this event is co-hosted by Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs, Kurt Campbell and Ambassador of Vietnam, Le Cong Phung, nowhere is the Secretary of State herself mentioned. What? There's a State Department reception he will attend and she will not? She is not listed as a speaker. I cannot imagine that she would attend and not be making a few remarks. Well, that does not mean I cannot put her picture up anyway since it have been a long closed-Hillary day! Here she is in my favorite gown with her beau.
