Although there is nothing official from the State Department yet, this story has been circulating for a couple of days.  Having spent chunks of the summer on farewell tours of Asia and Africa,  our Hillary is expected on what is probably a kiss good-bye as Secretary of State in Latin America this week.

Hillary Clinton Secretary of State Arrives in Latin America Next Week

Latin America News – Hillary Clinton, Secretary of State arrives in Lima on Monday and that day will meet with the president of Peru, Ollanta Humala.“In Peru, Secretary Clinton will meet with Peruvian President Ollanta Humala to discuss bilateral and regional cooperation,” EFE reported.
“We also participate in an international conference on financial inclusion of women, in which a speech before the plenary,” the spokesman added.
