There was a "missing Hillary" frenzy on Twitter tonight of people
saying this was the first time in 20 years that HRC was not in
attendance at SOTU. Even on Facebook, this poignant photo was shared
far and wide.
Actually,
this was not the first time she missed SOTU. In 2010 she was in London
for a conference on Afghanistan, and from there went on to Paris. Here
