Secretary of State Hilary Rodham Clinton and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation for Morocco Saad-Eddine Al-Otmani will launch the U.S.-Morocco Strategic Dialogue with opening remarks at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 13.After this opening session, Senior U.S. and Moroccan officials will continue discussions in four working groups focused on political, economic, security, and educational and cultural affairs. The day’s events will conclude with a closing session led by Under Secretary for Political Affairs Wendy Sherman and Minister Delegate Youssef Amrani.
