Hillary Clinton Has Reportedly Arrived in Uganda
Today has been a little unnerving since clearly Mme. Secretary had
left Senegal, was apparently in Uganda, but there have been no official
press releases or photos to confirm that. I was glad to find this report from New Vision,
a Ugandan source, that is unverified but provides more detail than
anything else that popped up today. Once again, I prefer photos or official word,
but the details here lend it credibility.
