While today's schedule had Mme. Secretary in Kampala,  no news or pictures from there have arrived as yet.  In fact, new pictures are still coming  in from yesterday.  There were no remarks at this event, but here are some pictures from her first stop yesterday morning at the Philippe Senghor Health Center, in Dakar, Senegal. We see her distributing mosquito nets from USAID.  We also see peripheral security during her visit.
