In 2012 she was #2 and listed as Secretary of State of the U.S.   This year she is #5 listed as "Personality, Philanthropist."  Hillary Clinton has entered a new phase of her life as a private citizen and kicked off a career as a public speaker.  With only nine public appearances behind her since her early February retirement (well 10 if you count her presence at the inauguration of the George W. Bush Presidential Center where she did not speak) Hillary remains among the top 10 most powerful women on the planet according to Forbes which released its 2013 list today.
