It was a huge event, historic, and fun. Quintessentially American. The elder Bushes drew attention - he with his pink socks and she with her always surprising remarks. When Matt Lauer asked her before the ceremony about Jeb Bush running in 2016, she said there are more qualified people than four families and the country has had enough Bushes. Bill Clinton referred her as "my mother" so it is possible her message was not only for Jeb but also for her adopted daughter-in-law. From the looks of things Barb and Hillary get along especially well.
