Hillary Clinton on Donald Trump's Violation of the U.S. Embargo on Cuba

In her plane on the tarmac at Chicago Midway Airport this afternoon, Hillary spoke to the press.  She told them Trump appears to have broken the law and flouted U.S. foreign policy when he played a shell game with money to cover a business venture in Cuba in the late 90s.

A few other questions she responded to were definition of the "middle class" and how she would respond if Trump were to bring up issues affecting the second Clinton administration also in the late 90s.

She pegged the middle class thus and gave reasons.

As to the second question, she responded with this and told the press they would have to wait and see if he does raise this in a debate and hear her response at that time.

Trump "can run his campaign however he chooses...I’m going to keep talking about the stakes in this election.”

Hillary also expressed her appreciation for the support she is receiving from Republicans.

The late 90s are old news as far as the Clintons are concerned.  The issues have been revisited ad nauseam.  The information concerning Trump's dealings with Cuba, however, are actual news.   This is what vetting a presidential candidate looks like, and it does deserve a spotlight.

7th Annual Hillary Clinton Year in Review: Installment VII July 2015

Hillary dressed up her logo for Independence Day and headed to New Hampshire to celebrate.  She marched in the Gorham parade.

Then it was back to Iowa to organize.  She did an exclusive interview with Brianna Keilar of CNN while there.

July was the month when she was highlighting the economy and fair pay with a major address at the New School in New York on the economy.  She received an early endorsement from the American Federation of Teachers.

 In Kansas City, she addressed the National Council of La Raza Annual Conference.

Mid-July found Hillary in DC  for a luncheon and a series of meetings.

Back to New Hampshire mid-month where energy and spirits were high at a Dover town hall  and a Wyndham backyard rally.







At the Iowa Democratic Hall of Fame Dinner, she shared the stage with fellow Dem candidates.






Then she was back on he road to Detroit.



South Carolina

Home to New York for more on the economy at NYU.





In Iowa again, she celebrated the American with Disabilities Act's 25th anniversary and unveiled her plan for renewable power.

 

Back to New Hampshire with a lot of issues and plans to talk about.

She stopped off in Scranton for a private fundraiser and then was off to Florida where she finished July with the Urban League in Fort Lauderdale and in Miami where she spoke about reestablishing relations with Cuba at Florida International University.

It ws a super busy month!
