August is the month when the Clintons take a few weeks resting in the Hamptons, so the schedule was light.  It was nice to see Hillary get some time off since her vacation last year was quite short.

Hillary Clinton to Speak at New Total Store Expo in August

Hillary Clinton will address participants in the National Association of Chain Drug Stores’ (NACDS) Total store Expo on August 12 in Las Vegas.  Touted by NACDS as a new concept for trading partners,  the Expo will take place from August 10-13 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas.  According to the NACDS website, the expo is already 97% sold out.

Welcome to the next generation of trade shows. The Total Store Expo is a new concept for trading partners. It will promote Teamwork, Synergy and Execution. It will feature Trade Show Excitement and allow for both Tactical and Strategic Exchange.

Hillary Clinton to Address NACDS Total Store Expo

The National Association of Chain Drug Stores’ (NACDS) new Total Store Expo trade show, scheduled for Aug. 10-13 at Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas, will feature an address by former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, who will speak during the Business Program on the morning of Aug.12.

“Secretary Clinton will bring to the NACDS Total Store Expo first-hand insights on some of the most pressing issues facing the world and the nation today,” noted Steven C. Anderson, president and CEO of Arlington, Va.-based NACDS. “Her remarks will help to deliver on a core promise, that the NACDS Total Store Expo will bring together diverse leaders who can help participants forecast the operating environment and take action together in new and exciting ways.”
