Secretary Clinton met today with President Tabare Vazquez of Uruguay. Here are a few photos that have come through. When the transcript becomes available, I shall update this post. (Personally, I love these pictures). Note that our very savvy Secretary of State is wearing a shade of blue that matches the Uruguayan flag. (Many Latin American countries include blue in their flags as a tribute to the Virgin Mary.)
