On September 9, 2011, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton will join with other leaders at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to remember the victims of 9/11, their families and loved ones, and those who aided the rescue and recovery effort.
Then-Senator Clinton and the ceremony’s other participants rang the NYSE opening bell on the morning of September 17, 2001, the first day the exchange reopened after the September 11th attacks.
