Hillary Clinton: Former FL, Returns to AR

After her appearance in Baton Rouge, yesterday, Hillary Clinton returned to Little Rock Arkansas  for a grassroots organizing event.  She visited Philander Smith College where she spoke about her New College Compact as well as her plan to lower prescription costs which she is laying out in detail today.
