If there is one thing Hillary Clinton is enjoying lately, it is the
Great White Way. Audiences there are quick to spot her no matter how
full the house.
Former presidential candidate visits Broadway for the second time in a month.
Former
presidential candidate, Secretary of State and First Lady Hillary
Clinton was greeted with cheers and a standing ovation February 15 at
Broadway’s Palace Theatre where she came to see Glenn Close in Sunset Boulevard.
Clinton
arrived at the theatre about three minutes before curtain, and was
quickly recognized by the audience, which began cheering.
As the
lights went down for the show to start, just as the audience quieted
down, someone shouted “We love you, Hillary” and the crowd applauded
through the beginning of the overture clearly in response to the
shout-out.
