Hillary Clinton Announces Transition of NFZ to NATO

An hour ago, Secretary Clinton spoke on live TV about the situation in Libya, the progess that has been made, and the upcoming transition of command of the No-Fly Zone to NATO. She also stated that she will attend a meeting in London on Tuesday convened by the UK. The transcript is not yet available. It probably will be later along with the video in which case I will post both in a separate entry.
