Bill and Hillary Clinton Will Pay Tribute To Bill Lynch Tomorrow

Former President Bill 
Clinton and ex-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will be among the 
political luminaries speaking at a Thursday morning memorial service for
 late veteran strategist Bill Lynch.

 Dinkins, who credits Lynch with helping him become the city’s first 
African-American mayor and later made him a top deputy, will also 
deliver a eulogy at The Riverside Church, as will Rep. Charles Rangel, 
Revs. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, and ex-New York Secretary of State 
Basil Paterson.

Lynch died last Friday of complications of kidney disease. He was 72.
Fondly nicknamed the “rumpled genius” for his political insight, 
Lynch provided advice on the White House bids of both Clintons, as well 
as those of Jackson, Edward Kennedy, Walter Mondale, and John Kerry.
