ST. LOUIS • A boisterous Hillary Clinton whipped up a partisan crowd of some 500 supporters Friday night, her voice hoarse from the campaign but virtually yelling nonetheless through a speech heavy on economic themes.“I am not running for my husband’s third term, and I am not running for President (Barack) Obama’s third term — I’m running for my first term,” Clinton said, to thunderous applause.Playing to an especially pro-labor audience at the Sheet Metal Workers Union Hall at Jefferson and Chouteau avenues, she outlined an economic plan that would raise the minimum wage, use tax credits to attempt to lure U.S. businesses back to American soil and create a “National Infrastructure Bank” to overhaul the nation’s transportation system.
