Rochester knows Hillary Clinton from her years of serving as
senator. Last night, Hillary brought her campaign to Monroe Community
College. Here is a report.
BRIGHTON,
N.Y. -- Hundreds packed into the gym at Monroe Community College to
hear from the former First Lady, Senator and Secretary of State, Hillary
Clinton.
Mrs. Clinton struck a cord with the crowd addressing
issues many of them face including the economy and good paying jobs.
Clinton says she wants to change tax incentives to encourage companies
to bring manufacturing jobs back to Upstate New York.
"I believe
the kind of advanced manufacturing that is being pioneered at RIT and
other great institutions in our country can spark that renaissance,"
Clinton said.
There were a lot of young people in the audience, many of them college students. Read more and see video >>>>
