Make of it what you will. Amy Klobuchar will be the keynote speaker at the North Iowa Democratic Wing-Ding, on August 16, but the recipient of their Annual Beacon Award, Hillary Clinton, will be in absentia. She really does need that Museum/Library for all of these awards she collects regularly!

Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), who is getting a little early buzz as a potential 2016 presidential candidate, is heading to Iowa.
