Hillary Clinton closed out the GBTA 2013 Convention
(Global Business Travel Association) in San Diego today with the
keynote speech. The event was closed to the press, but members shared
photos and snippets from the speech on Twitter. Stressing the
importance, in a virtual world, of showing up in person and meeting
people face to face, she encouraged members to keep on doing what they
are doing. She ended by thanking them for bringing America to the world
and the world to America. Former First Lady Laura Bush also addressed
the convention.
