RNC Votes Unanimously to Boycott CNN and NBC Primary Debates Over Proposed Movies - Hillary Clinton Laughs

As far as we know neither CNN's documentary project nor the NBC Entertainment miniseries have developed beyond the concept stage, but the Republican National Committee voted unanimously today not to run primary debates on those outlets for their 2016 presidential contenders.   RNC chair, Reince Preibus has been vocal recently about these projects as "political ads 'masquerading' as unbiased productions" despite the fact that no one related to either operation has stated a position regarding the current front-runner who remains undeclared.

Their announcement is particularly amusing since they have chosen an adorable photo of our girl,  and she is apparently laughing at them!  We love to see her laugh!  A friend pointed out not long ago that if you remove the vowels from Preibus's name you are left with RNC PR BS.  You cannot make this stuff up!

We did it! In a unanimous vote, the Republican National Committee passed a resolution barring the Committee from partnering with NBC and CNN on GOP presidential primary debates unless they cancel their plans to air their pro-Hillary documentaries.

This is clearly an attempt by the major networks’ to put their thumb on the scales of the 2016 presidential election and we’re not going to stand for it. They’ll just have to watch our debates on their competitors’ networks.

There is a petition attached to their announcement, but why waste pixels? Nobody here was about to sign it.

Oh!  And on the heels of this decisive move by the RNC comes this!

Controversy has swirled around the project, which will star Diane Lane as the former Secretary of State, ever since the Republican National Committee first announced their intention to block upcoming Presidential debates for the 2016 election from airing on NBC if it moved forward with the Clinton miniseries. However, THR reports that Fox TV Studios did not back out over the potential fallout, but over deal points.
