Well I do not know where she got it, since it is not at the State Department Photo Gallery nor on their Flickr account, but earlier, I said, "There are no photos to prove it." (Meaning that they had met.) Apparently there is this one that Stacy found.

There were no public remarks. As you know, if you read the Daily Appointments Schedule, released a little after noon today by the State Department and re-posted below within minutes, after he left his meeting with President Obama at the White House, the Dalai Lama went to the State Department to meet with Secretary Clinton, and the meeting was closed to the press. Here is the Dalai Lama as he left the White House today.
