New Hampshire: Hostage-Taker Turns Fugitive
By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

The man who took hostages in 2007 at a presidential campaign office of Hillary Rodham Clinton in Rochester cut off his electronic monitoring bracelet Tuesday and is a fugitive. The man, Leeland Eisenberg, cut off the bracelet a day after he was given a “last chance” at freedom by a judge who released him despite probation violations. The Strafford County attorney, Thomas Velardi, said Mr. Eisenberg was dangerous and should not be approached.

FYI Here is the guy in question:

New Hampshire authorities say Eisenberg has cut off his electronic monitoring bracelet Tuesday morning Feb. 9, 2010 and is a fugitive who is a danger to the public.
