Two plus years into her tenure at State, Secretary Clinton has made it crystal clear that her major concern, rather than being a particular sector on the globe, is a particular segment of all populations around the globe. There was a time when it was not understood by all around her that this was to be her primary focus. With this issue of Newsweek, all doubt should be erased. She does have an issue about which she is passionate and unrelenting: empowering women and girls.
