Walking over to Blair House from the White House this afternoon for a bilateral with India's Prime Minister Singh, Secretary Clinton was in animated conversation with the President and his Chief of Staff, Rahm Emmanuel. I saw some video on TV, and she was using her hands a lot.

On a Keatsian note, I love this suit on her, the cut, the fabric, and the color. She looks like Spring. Lovely!
