Hillary Clinton said she opposes the Keystone XL pipeline at an event in Iowa on Tuesday.
The Democratic presidential candidate has kept silent on her position on the pipeline on the campaign trail, but said last week she was going to make an announcement "soon."
"I'm putting the White House on notice," the former secretary of state said at the time. "I'm going to tell you what I think soon, because I can't wait."
