Anny Deese was boarding a plane to Boston from Philadelphia on Wednesday with her 4-month-old daughter, Talar, when she got stuck on the jetway overloaded with her stroller, carseat and bags.
"Everyone's standing there, and nobody's helping me," Anny told PEOPLE. "Everyone's just looking at me like they've never seen a baby before."
Clinton was boarding the same plane en route to Boston to make an appearance promoting her children's book, It's Your World: Get Informed, Get Inspired & Get Going! at the Harvard Book Store in Cambridge.
"She actually put all her stuff down to help me," said Deese, who works as director of public relations and marketing for Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouses. "She leans over, fixes it and zips it up."
