Hillary Clinton's Conversation in Immigration in Sylmar

Hillary held a conversational event on immigration at Los Angeles Mission College Culinary Arts Institute in Sylmar, California.  I think the reason Hillary's plans are so completely thought out and filled out is that she spends time listening to people talk about their concerns and apprehensions.  She thinks about these details as she structures her policy plans.  It is easy, speaking in generalities, to whip up a crowd at a big rally.  But when you send your surrogates into the platform committee will they have bullets and talking points in hand?  Or will they have detailed, organized plans?  You learn a whole lot more listening than you can speaking.  One candidate alone is a good, effective listener.
